Description
We are on the hunt for a ambitious and personable full-time Sales Support member to join our team in Stevenage. This role is critical to the business meeting our challenging business targets and fair customer outcome KPI’s.
We specialise in all areas of the care, medical, health and not-for-profit insurance sectors. We pride ourselves on walking in our customers’ shoes to really understand our markets and deliver insurance solutions to meet their unique needs. Towergate have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and personable full-time Sales Support member to join us. This role is critical to the business meeting our challenging business targets and fair customer outcome KPI’s.
The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for lead generating for our sales team, ensuring that the needs of both the customer and the business are met. You will be dealing with prospects to help grow our portfolio of care clients
Experience and Skills Required
Customer Service experience and Strong communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Ambitious and personable
Driven and pro-active character
Understanding of insurance and/or regulatory environment would be a bonus
