We are the 34th largest company in the world and have over 85 million customers in 70 different countries. There are over 4,500 people working in 22 offices across the UK with support services being provided by 900 employees in India.

Alongside our award winning training programmes, we offer 3 days per year for dedicated personal development, funding and support towards achieving professional qualifications, opportunities to work shadow and participate in secondments. CSR/wellbeing

Last year we partnered with Air Ambulances and have run over a variety of fundraising events – which have been brilliant fun and raised over £384,000 to help them continue this life-saving service. We encourage you to volunteer by giving you dedicated time to do so, either as an individual or in teams – using your skills or trying something completely different! We run wellbeing events focused on helping our employees and families stay healthy and happy – these include on site health checks and flu jabs, massages, fitness & relaxation classes to name a few. We offer mental health workshops, training and support and provide a number of healthy options in our offices like smoothies and fruit boxes.

We also annually review salaries and benchmark them against industry peers to remain competitive these have increased year on year for the last 20 years. On top of this every employee has the chance to earn a bonus based on company and personal performance.
