Kronospan is the world’s leading manufacturer of wood based panel products employing over 14,000 people. We have recently established a commercial base in Malta, including a Bank, through which various financial and industry related services are offered.
Company History
Established in 1897 as an Austrian family company, Kronospan is the world’s largest wood-based panel manufacturer.
Over the past 100 years, our ownership structure has enabled us to grow and cater for a changing world. With the collapse of the Iron Curtain in the 1980s, Kronospan recognised expansion opportunities within the new markets of east and south-east Europe.
