Description
Location: ColchesterSalary: £24,785 (pro‑rata) + generous quarterly bonus (OTE up to £28,570 pro‑rata)
Hours: Full‑time or part‑time available (flexible between 8am-6pm, including core hours of 10am-2pm, plus occasional Saturdays)
➡ We're happy to work around school hours, parenting commitments, or other needs - choose the pattern that works for you. You would need to be available for full time training for at least 4 weeks. This would be Monday - Friday 9am -5pm from 10th August 2026.

What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
Supporting customers with new business quotes, supporting sales alongisde general inquires you will also deal with property insurance queries
Delivering a highly customer‑focused service every time
Balancing sales, retention, and productivity targets
➡ Bonus is paid quarterly based on performance across sales, retention, and productivity.
Training & Working Pattern:
Start date: 10th August 2026
Full training provided (office‑based initially)
Hybrid working available after successfully completing probation (6 months)
