Qualifications Essential: Minimum 3–4 years' experience handling a broad range of commercial insurance products Strong knowledge of the UK General Insurance market
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Desirable: Cert CII or DIP CII qualification
Proactive and flexible approach to work Roles & Responsibilities Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. Prepare and process renewals, endorsements, and policy adjustments accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact for insurance requirements.
Handle client queries promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and support. Identify opportunities to support business growth through referrals, cross-selling, and enhanced client engagement.
Requirements As Insurance Account Manager, you will also be expected to: Deliver exceptional levels of client service.
